Wellness Nurse Practitioner —

Provide high-quality care focusing on wellness and functional medicine. This role involves patient consultations, assessments, and creating customized treatment plans to support health optimization and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized wellness plans.
  • Provide treatments such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight management services.
  • Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
  • Collaborate with our aesthetics team to support patients in achieving their health and beauty goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, wellness therapies, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts, adhering to compliance and privacy standards.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri.
  • Certification in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or a related specialty.
  • 2 or more years of experience in wellness or functional medicine is preferred.
  • Strong interest in aesthetics and wellness treatments.
  • Exceptional communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

CURRENT OPENING

Medical Assistant —

Support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting with treatments, maintaining a smooth patient flow, and creating a welcoming, professional environment. This role is essential in ensuring each patient has a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with medical and aesthetic treatments, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with clinic standards
  • Room and prepare patients for treatments
  • document accurate information in patient charts
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment education to patients, ensuring they feel informed and confident
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
  • Support the clinical team as needed to ensure a smooth daily workflow
  • Stay up to date on services, products, and best practices within the aesthetics industry
  • Certified Medical Assistant Preferred but not required
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred not required
  • Strong time management skills, able to multitask and use critical thinking skills in a fast paced environment
  • Provide highest level of care and service to a patient at all time
  • Able to clearly communicate with provider and patients
  • Be a proactive team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment

Monday — 8AM to 4PM
Thursday — 8AM to 3PM
Friday — 7:30AM to 5PM
Saturday (once a month) availability

Tuesday — 10AM to 6PM
