Provide high-quality care focusing on wellness and functional medicine. This role involves patient consultations, assessments, and creating customized treatment plans to support health optimization and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and skin consultations
  • Maintain detailed treatment records and client notes
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Active esthetician license in the state of Missouri
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques

Support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting with treatments, maintaining a smooth patient flow, and creating a welcoming, professional environment. This role is essential in ensuring each patient has a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with medical and aesthetic treatments, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with clinic standards
  • Room and prepare patients for treatments
  • document accurate information in patient charts
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment education to patients, ensuring they feel informed and confident
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
  • Support the clinical team as needed to ensure a smooth daily workflow
  • Stay up to date on services, products, and best practices within the aesthetics industry
  • Certified Medical Assistant Preferred but not required
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred not required
  • Strong time management skills, able to multitask and use critical thinking skills in a fast paced environment
  • Provide highest level of care and service to a patient at all time
  • Able to clearly communicate with provider and patients
  • Be a proactive team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment

Patient Care Coordinator —

  • EDWARDSVILLE, IL

Create an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors or contact our office. In this role you will manage scheduling, greet and assist patients, coordinate treatment plans, answer questions, support retail sales, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to personalized treatments and expert care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk procedures, welcoming patients, answering calls, assist with scheduling, and patient questions
  • Open and/or close the practice
  • Operate booking, billing and POS systems
  • Communicate between the front desk, spa practitioners and management about appointments or patient issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Handle office correspondence, such as emails, mail, or faxing documents
  • Proficient with computers and EMR software (will be trained on our EMR system)
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Task management and problem solving skills
  • Brings positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task and provide the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Apply critical thinking skills and able to delegate in specific scenarios
