This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued. Our goal is to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund process.
non-refundable services
All services provided at The Method Aesthetics + Wellness, including but not limited to aesthetic treatments, consultations, and wellness services, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of our treatments.
prepaid packages + treatment series
Prepaid packages and treatment series are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable. If a patient chooses not to complete the whole package, the remaining balance may be applied toward other services or products at the discretion of management.
gift cards
Gift cards purchased at The Method Aesthetics + Wellness are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be used for any services or products offered by the spa.
cancellation policy
All services provided at The Method Aesthetics + Wellness, including but not limited to aesthetic treatments, consultations, and wellness services, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of our treatments.
no-show policy
Patients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee may be charged and will be equivalent to 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
product returns
Unopened and unused skincare products purchased at The Method Aesthetics + Wellness may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is found to be defective, it may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, even if it has been opened. The Method Aesthetics + Wellness reserves the right to inspect the product and determine if it is indeed defective.
no refunds on used products
Once a product has been opened and used, it is no longer eligible for a refund unless it is determined to be defective.
treatment outcomes
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for all treatments, results can vary from patient to patient. Dissatisfaction with the results of a treatment does not qualify for a refund. However, we are committed to working with patients to address their concerns and may offer additional treatment options at a discounted rate.
follow-up Appointments
Patients are recommended to schedule follow-up appointments to discuss any concerns with their treatment outcomes. Adjustments or additional treatments may be offered based on the practitioner’s professional assessment.
corrective treatments
In rare cases where a treatment does not produce the expected results due to an error on our part, a corrective treatment may be offered at no additional cost. This is at the discretion of management and based on the case’s specific circumstances.
medical issues
If a patient is unable to complete a prepaid package or series due to medical reasons, a refund for the unused portion may be considered. A written statement may be required, which will be coming from a licensed healthcare provider, to process such a refund.
requesting a refund
All refund requests are to be duly submitted in writing in person at The Method Aesthetics + Wellness or via email. The request should include the patient’s full name, contact information, the service or product in question, and the reason for the refund request.
refund Approval
Refund requests will be reviewed by management. If a refund is approved, the patient will be notified within 10 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
PRocessing time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refunds to be processed and reflected in your account since this depends on the original payment method.

By receiving treatment or purchasing products at The Method Aesthetics + Wellness, patients acknowledge that they have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
